A couple that is madly in love. Beautiful fall light. Now, I’m no math genius, but this is a very simple photography equation that yields more than favourable results! I think that is about the best combination we could ask for in an engagement session. We had the opportunity to photograph Andy & Laura in Wascana Park, and man, we had such a great time with them! At the beginning of our sessions, we give our couples a few tips and tricks to what we might ask them to do. But the most important thing that we ask of them is to have a lot of fun with it, and to be “into” each other. As you can see below, they had no problem with either of those things!

 

Andy & Laura have known each other for a long time. They went to the same school as kids, but Andy ended up moving away. They were reunited at high school in Indian Head, and the rest is history! They’ve been together ever since! Andy popped the question this summer. With their family surrounding them at a BBQ this summer, Andy declared his love and proposed to Laura. She, of course, said YES, and here we are!

 

Andy & Laura, thank you so much for adventuring with us! Even when Cam decided to practice his “super stealthy” ninja moves, resulting in multiple pine needle pokes! I’m glad when people are comfortable enough with us to laugh at his crazy antics, as I do! :) We are so glad that we got to spend the evening with you, hearing about your plans for the upcoming wedding- which sounds INCREDIBLE!- and hearing all about your life together! Congratulations again on your engagement, and we are so excited for you as you embark on this next chapter!
