Time is a funny thing. Sometimes it can feel like it is speeding by. Other times it seems to be progressing at a snail’s pace. This last year has, at times, felt like both were happening congruently. We saw the Eyre family last fall, but I cannot believe how quickly their precious little Olivia has grown since then! She has some of that incredible toddler energy, that if bottled, I’m quite certain could power a city for years. Seems like viable alternative energy for sure- that’s got to be a bajillion-dollar business idea right there!
Children grow far too quickly. What can they learn in such a short amount of time just boggles my mind! Olivia was showing mom & dad all of the treasures she found along her journey around AE Wilson Park. From “corn” (also known as pinecones) to “hoppers” (aka grasshoppers), it is such a joy to witness her wonder of everything she comes across and what her mind is absorbing like a little sponge!
The laughter and joy did not stop with these three. Even when we were caught in an out-of-nowhere downpour of rain, the smiles and giggles never stopped! There is so much love in this family, you can just feel it in every look and every tight squeeze of a hug.
Eyre family, we’ve said it before, but it stands to be repeated: we absolutely love your family! Olivia is almost too darling for words. She has the best qualities of both of you, wrapped into one joyful little package. To see how she runs to you as her safe place, and how you both encourage her to keep learning is amazing. We cannot wait to see what this next year brings and how much she will have grown and changed next year!
xoxo
