Cam & I had the opportunity to catch up with the Swereda family, and loved every minute of it! We first met Jarrett & Teala in 2014. In all honestly, I had to double-check MULTIPLE TIMES, because I cannot believe it has been that long already!!! We did a fall engagement session, which was followed by their fall wedding. From the very beginning, Teala & I both agreed on our strong love for fall and all of its offerings!

Last year we had the opportunity to meet the newest addition to the Swereda family, their sweet daughter, Lyla. I cannot believe how much she has grown since we last saw her! While last year’s winter session was so beautiful with the fluffy white snow, in usual Saskatchewan fashion, the wind made it- interesting… It was freezing cold, and we worked very quickly so little Lyla didn’t turn into a popsicle! So we are so thankful that we got a much nicer day this year!

Swereda family, thank you for inviting us along to capture your joy! A lot has happened since we last saw you, and as much as we love taking your photos, we love to hear about all that is going on in your life as well! Lyla is so adorable and has such a fun personality already- I can’t wait to see how much she will have changed in the next year! We wish you all the best as you begin your new job and search for a new house. Maybe next year we will be taking photos in your new home!!
